市场抽检九种含碘消毒剂消毒性能观察

OBSERVATIOR ON DISINFECTION PROPERTIES OF 9 IODINE-CONTAINING DISINFECTANTS SELECTIVELY EXAMINED FROM MARKET

目的了解市场销售的含碘消毒剂杀菌效果及消毒相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验法对抽检的9种含碘消毒剂进行了观察。结果九种不同品牌含碘消毒剂有效碘的含量波动在500—50000mg／L范围。9种含碘消毒剂均以原液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌作用1min，只有6种能达到消毒合格要求。此6种含碘消毒剂以有效碘150—250mg／L对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌作用1min，杀灭率均可达到合格要求；另外3种含碘消毒剂分别以有效碘500、1000mg／L和5000mg／L，作用3—5min方可达到消毒合格要求。结论抽检的9种含碘消毒剂基本都属于碘伏类消毒剂，多数品种能达到消毒合格要求，约占3成以上产品消毒效果偏低。

Objective To know the germicidal efficacy and disinfection - related properties of iodine - containing disinfectants sold in market. Method Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe 9 iodine - containing disinfectants selectively examined, Results The available iodine contents of 9 iodine - containing disinfectants of different brands ranged 500 - 50000 mg/L. When the stock solutions of the 9 iodine -containing disinfectants disinfected the suspension of Staphylococcus aureus for 1 rain, only 6 disinfectants could fulfill the requirement of eligible disinfection. These 6 iodinecontaining disinfectants containing available iodine 150- 250 mg/L with an 1 min contact time killed Staphylococcus aureus in suspension and fulfilled the requirement of eligible disinfection, while the other 3 iodine -containing disinfectants containing available iodine 500, 1000 mg/L and 5000 mg/L respectively fulfilled tbe requirement of eligible disinfection only after disinfecting for 3 - 5 rain. Conclusion The 9 iodine - containing disinfectants selectively examined belong to iodophor disinfectants. Most of them can fulfill the requirement of eligible disinfection and the disinfection efficacy of over 30% of the disinfectants is low.
