酸性氧化电位水杀菌效果和稳定性试验观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察酸性氧化电位水对细菌杀灭效果和储存稳定性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和理化分析方法在实验室进行了研究。结果该酸性氧化电位水氧化还原电位为1181 mv,pH值为2.02,含有效氯192.5 mg/L。以含有效氯19.25 mg/L的酸性氧化电位水作用1 m in,对悬液内大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率均为100%。该酸性水在经54℃密封保存14 d,可保持氧化还原电位和pH值基本不变,有效氯含量下降率为49%。结论该酸性氧化电位水具有良好的杀菌效果,储存后有效氯下降明显。 Objective To observe bactericidal efficacy and storing stability of electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW). Method suspension quantitative germicidal test and physico-chemical analysis method were used to carry out laboratory study. Results The redox potential of the EOW was 1181 inV. Its pH value was 2.02 and its available chlorine content was 192.5 mg/L. The EOW containing available chlorine 19.25 mg/L with a 1 rain contact time killed 100% of both Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in suspension. Mter the EOW was stored at 54℃ under air - tight condition for 14 days, its redox potential and pH value did not change essentially and its available chlorine decreased by 49%. Condusion The EOW has good germicidal efficacy, but its available chlorine content decreased significantly after storing.
