摘要
以纳米型复合杂多酸H3PW12O40/SiO2为催化剂,顺丁烯二酸酐和无水乙醇为原料,合成富马酸二乙酯。实验结果表明,纳米复合磷钨酸是合成富马酸二乙酯的良好催化剂,适宜的工艺条件为:酐醇物质的量比为1∶3,催化剂用量占原料总质量的8%,回流反应时间为4h,酯化率为86.5%。
Synthesis of diethyl fumarate from maleic anhydride and ethyl alcohol with nanometer H3PW12O4/SiO2 as catalyst is studied,the results showed nanometer H3PW12O40/SiO2 was a good catalyst for synthesizing diethyl fumarate,the optimal conditions were found as follows:molar ratio of maleic anhydride to ethyl alcohol was 1:3,the weight of catalyst was 8%,the reaction time was 4h,yield was about 86.5%.
