合成ABS树脂用有机硅消泡剂的研制

Preparation of Polysiloxane Deformer for Synthesizing ABS Resin

用二甲基硅油、复合乳化剂和助剂在水相中分散乳化,制备出乳液型有机硅消泡剂,并讨论了乳化温度、二氧化硅型号以及乳化剂用量等因素对乳液稳定性和消泡效果的影响。结果表明,产品的技术指标达到国外同类产品水平,可替代进口用于ABS树脂合成过程中。

The emulsion of polysiloxane defoaming agent was prepared by diffusion emulsification of simethicone, composite emulsifier and additive in the water phase. The factors influencing on the stability of emulsion and antifoaming effect, such as emulsification temperature, model number of silicon oxide, dosage of emulsifier and so on, were discussed. The result showed that the qualification of the antifoam agent reached the level of same kind of foreign product, and the product could apply in ABS synthesis instead of imported.
