根管预备过程中器械折断是根管治疗的常见并发症之一。器械折断后可能导致根管治疗的失败,故临床上往往试图取出折断器械,但取出过程中由于牙本质的丧失和操作、器械上的因素,可能导致一系列并发症的发生,本文就此作一综述。

File fracture was a frequent complication of root canal therapy. It may lead to the failure of this therapy. Methods had been tried to remove the file. Varying extents of dentin were removed during this procedure, potentially leading to a series of complications.
