摘要
面神经损伤是常见的口腔颌面部损伤,其再生机制对其修复具有重要意义,现已了解面神经修复机制涉及极为复杂的细胞及分子的相互作用。本文就有关神经损伤后轴突、神经元以及非神经细胞的变化、信号传导及相互作用的研究进展作一综述。
Facial nerve injury is a very common disease in oral and maxillofacial surgery. It is important to comprehend the regenerating mechanism of injured facial nerve to get ideal functional recovery. It＇s known that the regenerating mechanism of injured facial nerve involves much complicated cellular and molecular interactions. The process includes neural axon, neuron and non-neurocyte interaction and signal conduction. It＇s reviewed that advanced research on regenerating mechanism of injured facial nerve in this article.
