金瓷修复体因其美观和良好的机械性能而被广泛应用于临床。但是由于瓷材料本身的脆性、牙体预备和修复体技工室制作等原因,一些金瓷修复体在使用中会发生崩瓷。拆除修复体重做花费大,而且拆冠会给患者带来痛苦。在允许范围内,修复体发生崩瓷可以修补。本文就各种瓷修补方法及其临床应用作一综述。

In 1980s, the technique of placing porcelain-fused-to-metal restorations spread in dentistry. The single crown and bridge restorations consisted of non-precious alloys such as Ni-Cr alloys are widely used due to superior aesthetic appearance and good mechanical properties. However, fracture of the porcelain has occurred in function because of the porcelain brittle, tooth preparation, laboratory mistakes and so on. One option is to remake the restoration itself, which is both cosily and time consuming. An alternative method is to repair the deficiency using one of the bonding systems and composite resins. This article is to review the clinical application of porcelain repair techniques.
