摘要
桩核修复时,在残冠残根的断面设计箍结构,使其成为桩核或冠修复体的一部分,由此产生的箍效应可以增强修复后牙体组织的机械强度,从而受到越来越多的重视。本文就箍结构的类型、设计、作用及影响箍效应相关因素的研究进展作一综述。
It has been proposed that the use of a ferrule as part of the core or artificial crown may be of benefit in reinforcing the endodontically, treated teeth restored with post-and-core systems. The purpose of this article is to review the types and designs of the ferrule and to identify the factors that influence the ferrule effect.
