论建立健全我国城乡弱势群体医疗救助制度

On Improving Medicaid System of Disadvantaged Group in our Country

社会转型时期开展城乡弱势群体医疗救助既是人类追求公平正义、增进社会融合的应然之举,也是完善我国社会保障制度的重要方面。但是,当前我国城乡弱势群体医疗救助制度出现理念滞后、城乡及地区差距明显、医疗救助法律制度不够健全等问题。因此,要重新确立医疗救助理念,加强医疗救助法律法规制定与完善,提高医疗救助资金的使用效率,同时发挥社会团体在医疗救助中的积极作用,为构建和谐社会提供有力保障。

Medicaid for disadvantaged group all over our country not only aspires after social justice and harmony, but also improves social security system during social transition. In fact, there are many problems in our Medicaid System, such as lag of Medicaid idea, marked difference between urban and rural areas and lack of law. So we should try our best to improve it.
