摘要 按照OMAC技术规范和测量、控制、通信、计算机(MC3)一体化和数字化系统的思路,基于多DSP并行处理和FPGA技术,探讨了高性价比、开放性、模块化自动测试和控制系统(ATCS)一体化设计;对ATCS体系结构、开放性多轴运动控制器、压电陶瓷作动器电荷反馈控制器、大动态范围多种类传感器信号程控调理和实时采集处理模块及高性能数字信号处理机等模块进行了详细介绍,在工业自动化和数字化进程中具有广泛的应用价值。 According to the technical criterion of open, modular architecture controllers (OMAC) and the incorporate idea of measurement, control, communication and computer (MC3) and digital system, the incorporate design of open and modular ATCS (Automatic Testing and Controlling System) with high performance--to--price ratio is discussed based on the technology of multi--DSP parallel procession and field programmable gate array (FPGA). The design of open and modular system architecture, open movement controller for multi--axis, the piezoelectric actuator ultra-preeision driving module based on charge feedback, the module of intelligent AFE (Analog Front End) of vast-dynamic range and high--precision, data acquisition (intelligent counter) and real--time procession, advanced digital signal machine are introduced in emphasis, and it has far--ranging applicability in the course of industrialization and digital.
