眶肌筋膜韧带提紧睑袋整形术的临床应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨眶肌筋膜韧带提紧睑袋整形术的方法及临床效果。方法常规行睑袋整形术的同时,解剖出位于眼轮匝肌外1/3和眶下缘外1/4骨膜之间的眶肌筋膜韧带,将其上提并固定于外眦韧带处。结果28例患者术中,去除下睑皮肤量较常规的睑袋整形手术平均多5mm,术后下睑皱纹改善明显,且眶颧组织明显上移,术后效果接近于经眶缘骨膜下睑袋提紧的效果。结论眶肌筋膜韧带提紧睑袋整形术,方法简便,术后效果明显,是治疗下睑松垂较好的手术方法。 Objective To introduce an operative method for lowers eyelid blepharoplasty using fascia ligament of orbital muscle and its clinic effect. Methods The fascia ligament of orbital muscle locate between the peripheral one - third of the orhicuaris oculi muscle and the outer onequarter periost of the periosteum of the infraorbital margin was dissected out during performance of lower eyelid blepharoplasty, and then it was fixed on the outer canthus ligament. Results The skin of lower eyelid which was removed by using the metnod above was 5 mm greater than that removed by using the operation generally in use. All 28 cases were satisfied with the aesthetic results with less apparent lower eyelid wrinkle and raised orbit tissue. The effect of the operation was similar to the operation of using fascia ligament of orbital muscle for lowers eyelid blepharoplasty which uses orbital periosteum for a sling. Conclusion The operation of using fascia ligament of orbital muscle for lowers eyelid blepharoplasty was a brief and good operative method for treating lower eyelids sag.
