胸腹部埋置扩张器并发症的分析与处理

Analyze and treatment of the complications caused by the tissue expanders used in trunk

目的探讨胸腹部扩张器并发症的发生原因及处理方法。方法对2002年10月至2005年10月,采用胸腹部皮肤软组织扩张器置入患者进行回顾性分析。结果本组98例,共计使用扩张器229只。其中,扩张器外露17次,扩张器不张12次,血肿9次,感染5次,经手术清除血肿、控制感染后治愈。结论胸腹部埋植扩张器出现的并发症较多,如能及时发现,及时处理,可降低并发症的发生率。而术者的操作技术和手术方法的选择也是预防并发症发生的重要因素。

Objective To investigate the causes and treatment methods of complications caused by the tissue expander used in the trunk. Methods We reviewed retrospectively our patients with tissue expanders in the trunk from October 2002 to October 2005, and summarized the reasons and the treatment methods of the complications. Results A total of 229 expanders were used in 98 patients. The complications included 17 instances of expander exposures, 12 cases in which the expander became unexpanded, 9 haematomas and 5 infections. All complications were healed after surgical removal of the expander and control of the infection. Conclusion The complications caused by the tissue expander used in trunk were very common. Appropriate operative technique, the choice of surgical methods, careful observation and immediate treatment were important for preventing and reducing the complications.
