摘要
目的:总结胶质瘤治疗的临床经验,探索胶质瘤综合治疗的方法。方法:回顾性分析296例胶质瘤病例资料,并进行随访。结果:296例胶质瘤中,Ⅰ～Ⅱ级胶质瘤114例,Ⅲ～Ⅳ级胶质瘤182例。全切除240例(81%),46例大部或部分切除,10例行活检。术后行常规放疗及替尼泊苷(VM-26)和MeCCNU化疗,术后随访178例,Ⅰ～Ⅱ级胶质瘤3年生存率达74.3%,Ⅲ～Ⅳ级胶质瘤只有12.5%。对于功能区和大脑深部的胶质瘤疗效不佳。结论:手术仍是胶质瘤治疗的基本手段,应尽量全切除肿瘤,术后放、化疗仍是必须。目前Ⅰ～Ⅱ级胶质瘤控制良好,但对于Ⅲ～Ⅳ级胶质瘤和功能区及深部胶质瘤疗效欠佳。
Aim ： To analysis and discuss the diagnosis and treatment of glioma. Methods： 296 cases of glioma treated surgically in our department were analyzed retrospectively. Results： 114 cases were low-grade and the others were high-grade, 240 cases（81%） were totally removed in 296 cases. Regular radiotherapy and chemotherapy（VM-26 and MeCCNU） were performed after operation. Followed 178 cases, three years living-rate is 74.9% in low-grade, only 13% in high-grade glioma. The results of glioma in fuctional and deep areas are poor in prognosis. Conclusion： Surgical operation is still a basical method for treating glioma. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are necessary after operation. The results of treatment are good in low-grade glioma, but it is not satisfied with treatment of high-grade, functional area and deep area glioma till now,
