摘要
80年代以来,随着半导体产业、新材料、高科技等尖端技术迅速发展为一项新兴产业,它给环境带来的影响也引起了各种各样的担心。
Since 1980s, with the rapid development and of high —techs such as semiconductor and new materials and so on, people are becoming more and more worried about the environmental problems caused by high—tech industries. The new type environmental problems, so called ' high — tech pollution' has aroused various kinds of concerns. This paper, based on presenting the reality of high —tech pollution and analyzing the issue from the angle of economics, puts forward countermeasures for developing high — tech industries and curbing high—tech pollution.
