摘要
目的研究肾错构瘤的声像特征,提高肾错构瘤的诊断水平。方法使用SD-240超声诊断仪对11例肾错构瘤患者进行观察,以声像表现结合临床资料进行分析。结果11例肾错构瘤声像图中,类圆形强回声10例。内部回声强弱交错,呈“洋葱样”改变1例。结论B超诊断有无痛苦、费用少、可重复性、诊断率高、便于长期观察等特点,是诊断肾脏血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的首选方法。
Objective To investigate the ultrasonic changes in renal angiomyolipoma （RAML） and to improve the diagnosis. Methods The ultrasonic features in 11 patients with renal angiomyolipoma （RAML） were observed and analyzed. Results Ten similar circular grade hyperechoes were found in all of these patients .One of the patients was found with grade hyperechoes and low hyperechoes crisscross, Conclusion With the characteristics of no pain, less expenses, easy repetition and observation and so on ,ultrasonography is the first choice for diagnosis of RAML.
