摘要
机车重心位置是机车的一个重要指标,在设计和制造中,必须予以检测和控制。机车重心位置的限制,也是保证机车轮轴重调簧均匀的前提。现对机车重心位置的几种检测方法进行了理论分析,提出了相应的检测思路。同时,为使轮轴重分配达到铁道部颁标准,提出了机车重心纵横两个方向偏离允差的概念,以及利用重心高度来平衡轮重的思想。
As an important index of locomotive, it is essential to inspect and test and control the gravity center during design and manufacture The limit gravity center position is to assure the uniformity of spring adjustment of shaft weight. This thesis puts forward corresponding idea after analysing several methods of inspection and test of gravity center position.To get the ministerial standard of wheel and shaft weight distribution, the concept of deviation tolerance along the transverse and lognitudinal directions and the thinking of balancing wheel weight with gravity center height are also provided in this thesis.
