摘要
通过对车辆轮对故障和既有监测技术的分析,针对性地开展复合传感技术的研究,并对其车载监控装置进行了试验和扩大试验,证实了复合传感技术对车辆轮对轴承故障信息的采集、分析和监控体系覆盖了热传感技术,做到了对车辆轮对轴承故障的实时在线监测,是既有轴温报警器的最佳替代装备,它为列车安全运行提供了强有力的支持。
This paper introduced the early wheelset bearing fault uaring and monitoring technolony.The filed application shewed that the monitoring techniques combining vibratim analysis and temperature monitoring have a beteer capability on early beating fault diagnosis.
