银可醇软胶囊对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究银可醇软胶囊对小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤的治疗作用。方法将50只小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、银可醇软胶囊低、中、高3个剂量组,剂量分别为100,200和300 mg/kg。通过预先给予3个剂量组小鼠银可醇软胶囊,30d后各剂量组及模型组小鼠经口1次给予小鼠4 800 mg/kg酒精灌胃,建立急性肝损伤模型。通过检测还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)和甘油三酯(TG),观察各组小鼠肝脏病理变化,研究银可醇软胶囊对脂质过氧化反应、肝细胞脂肪变性等影响。结果16 h后银可醇各剂量组小鼠肝组织MDA、GSH和TG含量与模型组相比,高、中剂量组具有极显著差异(P<0.001),各剂量组具有正剂效关系;肝组织苏丹Ⅲ染色显示,各剂量组肝细胞内脂滴比酒精模型组明显减少,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论银可醇软胶囊可对酒精中毒引起的肝脏脂质过氧化损伤,具有有效的保肝作用。 Purpose To study the protective effect of Yinkechun soft capsules on acute hepatic injury induced by alcohol in mice. Methods Fifty female KM mice were randomly divided into normal control, model, Yinkechun treatment( 100,200 and 300 mg/kg), Yinkechun soft capsules was administered (ig) daily for 30 days and distilled water was administered (ig) to control group . Then, ethanol was administered (ig) to the test group and model control group in a dose of 4 800 mg/kg body weight to make the animal model of acute alcoholic hepatic injury. To study fat lipid peroxide reaction and fat droplet, the liver MDA, GSH and blood TG content were analyzed, and liver injury was oberserved by pathological examination. Results After 16 h treatment,liver MDA and TG in test group was significantly less than model group ( P 〈 0.001 ), GSH in test group was more than model group ( P 〈 0. 001 ). The number of fat droplet stained by Sodan Ⅲ dye in test groups was less than model group( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Yinkechun soft capsules can reduce hepatic peroxide injury and has a powerful protective effect on acute hepatic injury induced by alcohol in mice.
