基于感兴趣区的图像编码算法的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文分析了基于缩放和最大提升法的两种图像感兴趣区编码算法,给出了编码图像的信噪比与码流比特率之间的关系,对图像感兴趣区编码及JPEG编码进行了编码质量比较.采用面向对象的编程思想,使用MFC开发的基于感兴趣区的图像编码与图像显示软件为以上算法分析提供了条件.实验表明,在相同码流比特率的条件下,本文给出的感兴趣区编码算法这一优先编码方法比现有的JPEG算法相比具有更高的编码质量. In this paper, two kinds of Region of Interest (ROI) coding methods-the general scaling based method and Maximum shift method are analyzed. Then the relationship between the PSNR of compressed image and different encoding rate and the comparison of different encoding qualities for still image with ROI method and JPEG are given. The still image encoding software based on ROI is developed to prepare for above algorithm analyses using the object-oriented programming ideas. The experiment indicated that ROI coding method descrobes in this paper can provide higher encoding quality Man JPEG.
