炼焦煤中直接配入粘结剂生产优质焦炭的研究与应用

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF ADDING STICK DIRECTLY INTO COKING COAL TO PRODUCE HIGH-QUALITY COKE

根据配煤炼焦原理、煤的成焦特性及粘结剂的性质,结合宣钢煤源情况,进行了在单种煤、配合煤中直接配入粘结剂改善结焦性能的实验室研究、半工业生产试验研究,并成功应用于工业生产,取得了提高焦炭质量、大幅度降低成本的效果。

Based on the principle of coal blending coking, coke - forming characteristic of coal and property of cohesive agent, combined with the coal source of Xuan Steel, the lab research and semi - industry trial are conducted to add cohesive agent directly into single coal and blended coal to improve the coking property. The research has been used in production and consequently the coke quafity improved and cost reduced.
