MTDFREML法估计大白母猪繁殖性状的遗传参数

Genetic parameters of evaluating reproduction traits in large white sows by using MTDFREML method

运用多性状非求导约束最大似然法(multiple traits derivative free restricted maximum likelihood,MTDFREML),对湖南正虹种猪场和益阳市农科所种猪场(益农种猪场)大白母猪1998-2004年的共7 736胎次的繁殖性状育种记录进行遗传参数估计.2个猪场繁殖母猪的总产仔数(TNB)、产活仔数(NBA)、初生窝重(LWB)和21日龄窝重(LW21)的遗传力分别为0.23,0.18,0.21,0.27,母体遗传效应占表型方差百分率为0.09～0.15,窝效应占表型方差百分率为0.08～0.38.繁殖性状间遗传相关为0.37～0.78,永久环境相关为0.80～0.93,表型相关为0.32～0.88.

Genetic analysis was carried out on reproduction traits in large white sows both in Zhenghong and Yinong swine breeding farm in Hunan Province. Multiple traits derivative free Restricted maximum likelihood （MTDFREML） were used to estimate 7 736 records from the year of 1998 to 2004, including total number born （TNB）, number born alive （NBA）, litter weight born（LWB） and litter weight of 21 days （LW21）. The results showed the heritability parameters of TNB, NBA, LWB, LW21 are 0.23,0.18, 0.21,0.27 respectively. In the phenotypic variance components, the influence of maternal genetic effect occupied 0.09 - 0.15, that of litter occupied 0.08 - 0.38. In addition, the genetic correlation between reproduction traits ranged from 0.37 - 0.78, permanent environment correlation ranged from 0.80 - 0.93 and phenotypic correlation ranged from 0.32 - 0.88.
