摘要 为了达到永磁同步电机高性能速度控制,电机铁耗的影响不能忽略。由此,本文得出了考虑铁耗时永磁同步电机(PMSM)的数学模型和矢量控制仿真模型。在d-q轴坐标系中,假设电机铁耗由一个等效的涡流绕组产生,从而在导出的电压方程式中,铁耗的效果用一个等效铁耗电阻来代替。由于等效铁耗电阻的存在,影响了d-q轴的磁链和电磁转矩,为了完成电机的矢量控制,必须补偿铁耗的影响。在Matlab/Simulink环境下构建了考虑铁耗时永磁同步电机的矢量控制模型,并与不考虑铁耗的矢量控制模型进行了比较。 To achieve the high-performance speed control of PMSM, the influence of iron loss cannot be neglected. Therefore, the mathematical model of PMSM including iron loss and vector control model is presented in this paper, in the d - q coordinates, on the assumption that the iron loss is produced in equivalent eddy current winding, the effect of the iron loss can be represented with equivalent iron loss resistance in voltage equations. As a result of equivalent iron loss resistance, the d - q axis flux linkage and the electromagnetic torque is affected by the equivalent iron loss resistance. In order to achieving vector control of PMSM, the influence of iron loss must be compensated. Under the environment of Matlab/ Simulink, vector control model of PMSM including iron loss is set up, and compared with vector control model of PMSM without including iron loss.
