基于模糊综合评判的雷达兵战备评估,首先建立评估指标体系的层次结构模型,用层次分析法计算同层各因素的权重,然后对最底层元素进行专家打分,最后用模糊综合评判法对战备工作进行综合评判。实例证明该评估方法可行。

An evaluating method based on fuzzy comprehensive assessment for combat readiness of radar troops establishes a hierarchy model for index evaluation system at first, uses AHP method to analyze the power of factors in the same tier. Then ascertain the power of the factors on the bottom by expertise. Finally, comprehensively assesses the combat readiness by fuzzy theory. The practice examples testified the affectivity of the evaluation method.
