摘要
用200Gy60Coγ射线辐照处理国外杂交种“78599”的F1干种子,经过连续自交育成鲁原476自交系,其表现为株型紧凑、抗病性强、品质好、配合力高,是一个优良的玉米突变材料,用它作亲本组配的杂交种鲁原单22号,已于2002年4月通过山东省农作物品种审定委员会审定[鲁种审字(2002)002号],并于2003年7月获得国家农作物新品种保护权(授权号为20020057.7),目前正在生产上推广种植。
F1 dry seeds of overseas hybrid 78599 were treated with 200Gy^60 Co γ-rays. After successive inbreeding, a fine inbred line with compact plant type, strong disease resistance, high quality and good combination ability was selected. Luyuan476 was used as a parent to breed, the hybrid Luyuandan22. it was approved by Shandong Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee (No. [ 2002] 002) in April 2002, and accepted by the National New Crop Variety Protection property (No. 20020057.7) in July 2003. Since then it has been used in production.
