摘要
整治药品购销中的商业贿赂,是日前医药行业的重点任务。分析了我国目前立法中的4点不足并有针对性地提出了相应对策。
Cracking down on commercial bribery in medicine purchasing and selling has become a big task in China＇ s economy. This paper analyses four disadvantages in law and regulations and provides some suggestions.
