莫能菌素的作用机理及在畜牧生产中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 莫能菌素属聚醚类离子载体抗生素,在畜牧生产中应用广泛。从莫能菌素在体内的作用机理和代谢规律出发,系统综述了近30年来国内外有关莫能菌素在畜牧生产中的应用以及对动物机体的影响,分析研究中存在的若干问题,提出了今后的研究设想,如加强莫能菌素毒性的研究及其特效解毒药的开发,深入研究不同药物之间的拮抗与协同作用,以及不同条件下畜禽对其适宜用量的研究等。
