Reflection on Web-based Multimedia College English Teaching

随着多媒体网络技术的发展,网络教学给我国的大学英语精读教学带来巨大的变化。网络英语教学可以激发学生学习的兴趣,为学生的自主学习提供了有利条件。本文根据建构主义理论从学习环境的多元化、学习的交互性等方面探讨了网络教学环境下的大学英语教学的优势和不足。

With the development of multi--media and network, web--based teaching will bring great changes to college intensive English teaching, which can inspire the students＇ interests, provides them convenient conditions to study English by themselves. Due to the theory of constructivism, the paper also discusses the strength and weakness of the college English teaching in the Web-based environment.
