摘要
学术不端行为已经严重影响了高校的教学、科研和社会服务这三大功能。本文将从社会环境、制度环境和自身素质三个方面探讨高校学术不端行为的成因,并在此基础上提出相应的治理对策。
Behavior of academic misconduct has already affected these three greatest functions of the teaching, research and social services of universities seriously. In this paper, the cause of the misconducts is analyzed in three aspects including social milieu, system environment and oneself character, and the possible preventing countermeasures is proposed finally.
