摘要
本文首先从社会发展、科学发展的趋势和当前高职教育存在的问题,分析了提升教师综合素质的必要性。进而从学习哲学理论、掌握科学世界观与方法论;扩大知识广度、形成合理的知识结构体系;实现知识转化,提高教学能力与科研能力等方面阐述了如何提升高职教师的综合素质几点思考。
This paper analyzed the existing problems in higher vocational education according to the social development and scientiff development, it also analyzed the necessity of improving teachers＇ comprehensive quality, then put forward some suggestion in improving teachers＇ comprehensive quality.
