摘要
分析了弧焊逆变器主变压器的理想化模型和设计中的几个特殊问题。对设计时必须考虑的磁心选用、绕组选材以及绕制进行了描述。一般电路设计对磁性材料和绕组电流相互之间的电磁相互作用研究较少,而这对逆变器快速瞬态性能有重要影响。给出了具体全桥弧焊逆变器的设计方案并进行了详细分析。
The ideal arc welding inverter＇s main transformer and several special problem in design process are analysized.And described the magnetic core selection and wind line selection and how to make it.To the general circuit design it is no need to research the interaction of the transformer magnetic material and coil current,but it is very important to the study of transient character of inverter. And the detail design of full bridge for arc welding inverter is given and is analysized.
