摘要
采用纳米SiO2对环氧树脂胶粘剂进行改性,制备出室温快速固化纳米复合胶粘剂。利用差示扫描量热仪测试不同纳米SiO2添加量的玻璃化温度,发现玻璃化温度随着纳米粒子添加量的增大而提高,添加4%纳米SiO2后的胶粘剂玻璃化温度提高了4.23倍。扫描电镜下可观察到,随着纳米添加量的增大,橡胶颗粒转变为“岛屿”状。红外光谱分析表明,纳米SiO2可强化液体橡胶与胶粘剂的反应,降低了液体橡胶对胶粘剂耐热性的不利影响。
In this paper, nano-SiO2 was used to modify epoxy resin adhesive and a room temperature fast curing nano-SiO2/ epoxy adhesive was prepared. The vitrification point of adhesive with different nano-SiO2 addition was tested by DSC and it was improved by addition of nano-SiO2 particles. The vitrification point of adhesive with 4 % nano-SiO2 addition was 4.23 times larger than unmodified. With the increase of addition, rubber particle became "island" appearance. Infrared spectroscopy analysis showed that nano-SiO2 can not only accelerate the reaction between liquid rubber and adhesive but also weaken the harmful effect of liquid rubber on heat-durability of adhesive.
