Properties and Formation Characteristics of One Step Plasma Spray Fe04-based Coating

摘要 制备了由Fe04粉、Ni/Al粉和超细铝粉组成的Fe04基一次喷涂粉末,用抛光至镜面的试样研究了喷涂层的形成特征,用XRD、SEM对其等离子喷涂层的组织与相结构进行了分析。结果表明:Fe04基一次喷涂层中出现FeO4高温生成相Fe13Mo2B5,涂层与基体的结合为机械、微冶金结合;其结合强度比Fe04等离子喷涂层提高了93.2%,耐磨性比Fe04喷涂层提高了84%。 One step plasma spray powders were synthesized with FeO4, Ni/Al and superfine aluminum powder. The polished mirror sample was used to investigate the formation characteristics of the coating, the micro- and phase structures were studied by XRD and SEM. The result showed that the high-temperature phase Fe13Mo2B5 occurred in the coating and the bonding of coating with substrate was mechanical and micro-alloying. The bonding strength of coating was 93.2% and its wear resistance was 84 % more than that of pure FeO4 coating.
