摘要
采用可编程控制器和触摸屏控制技术,对起重机的控制系统进行了改造,对其运行速度进行了变频调速。实现了平滑的速度过渡,减轻了工作人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。
Crane control system was transformed by using PLC and touch screen to realize frequency control. The carriage moving speed can be smoothly transition by the control system, and labor strength was reduced, efficiency was improved.
