对2006—2007年度冬春枯水期珠江骨干水库调度的认识

据预测,珠江流域2006—2007年度枯水期来水依然偏枯,珠江三角洲地区将因咸潮继续面临严峻的供水局面。为保障2006—2007年冬春该地区供水安全,经报国务院同意,国家防总向珠江防总下达了《今冬明春珠江骨干水库调度方案》,珠江防总于2006年9月6日启动了珠江骨干水库调度。本文陈述了调度方案的形成及理由,并对实施好今冬明春珠江骨干水库调度及今后的工作谈了认识和思考。

According to forecast, water flow shall be low during dry period of 2006-2007 and water supply in the Pearl River Delta shall be threatened by salty tide again. In order to guarantee water supply in winter and spring of 2006-2007, the Regulation Plan of Key Reservoirs in Pearl River Basin This Winter and spring was issued by the State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters to the Pear River Flood Control Headquarters upon the approval of the State Council, then the Pearl River Flood Control Headquarters initiated the regulation of key reservoirs in the Pearl River Basin on September 6, 2006. The paper presents the formation and reasoning of the regulation plan and considerations on how to implement regulation of key reservoirs this winter and spring and understanding of future work.
