逍遥软胶囊中白芍和甘草的提取工艺研究

Study on the extraction process for paeonifiorin in Xiaoyao solf capsules with Paeonia lactiflora pall and glycyrrhiza uralensis

目的以芍药苷和甘草酸的提取率为指标,对逍遥软胶囊中白芍和甘草的提取工艺进行研究。方法采用正交试验优选白芍和甘草醇提工艺。结果白芍和甘草的最佳提取工艺为:醇提为8倍量80%乙醇回流提取3次,每次2 h。结论采用此工艺对白芍和甘草的提取分离效果较好且操作简单。

Aim To study the extration process for paeonifiorin in xiao yao salfcapsulae with Paeonia lactiflora pall and glycyrrhiza uralensis getting outrate by using content of paeoniflorin and glycyrrhetic acid as index. Methods Paeonia lactiflora pall and glycyrrhiza uralensis were extracted by the orthogonal design. Results The optimum condition for the extraction of Paeonia lactiflora pall and glycyrrhiza uralensis was decocted with 8 times amount of 80% Ethanol for 3 times and each time for 2.0 h. Conclusion This method is good and simple.
