The clinical research of miniature titanium board in chin-face fracture

目的探讨微型钛板在颌面部骨折中的应用特点。方法对87例颌面部骨折患者采用微型钛夹板螺钉内固定术，术前后摄X线检查及临床随诊1～12个月。结果本组病例中未发现骨不愈合现象，79例复位良好，创口1期愈合，恢复了正常张口度和咬合关系；1例螺钉帽外露；7例复位欠佳，咬合关系不理想。结论微型钛板固定效果准确、可靠，操作简单易行，口腔卫生状况佳，对颞颌关节功能影响小，有利于患者局部和全身情况的恢复。

Aim Discuss the application of miniature titanium board in chin-face fracture. Methods Use the fixed-inside technique in the miniature titanium champing plank bolt to 87 examples of chin-face fracture patients , around the operation absorbs X inspection and clinical along with examines in 1 - 12 months. Results In this group of case of illness we have not discovered the bones which did not heal up . In 79 examples the replacements were good, wounds healed over in the first stage and restored the normal yawn and linking relation. Olny in one example the bolt nut have revealed, seven examples replaced unsatisfactorily, and the restoration of linking relation was not ideal. Conclusion The effect of miniature titanium board is accurate, reliable and operates easily , and the hygiene condition is good. The technique affects slightly to the chin joint function , and is advantageous to the restortion of the partial and whole body of patients.
