胃肠道间质瘤32例诊治分析

Diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor:report of 32 cases

目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤的临床表现、诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析总结32例GIST的临床资料。结果32例均行手术切除。病理及免疫组化CD117阳性31例,CD34阳性29例,提示胃肠道间质瘤。结论内镜检查是发现GIST的主要方法,最终确诊需要病理加免疫组化诊断。手术切除是最有效的治疗手段。

Ahn To study the clinical manifestation diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor （GIST）. Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with GIST was analyzed and summarized retrospectively. Results All patients underwent operation. Immuno- histochemical results showed ：CD117（ ＋ ） in 31 cases, CD34（ ＋ ） in 29 cases. Conclusion GIST, the commonest mesenchymal tumors of the gastrointestinal tract, present CD117 gene mutation in most cases. Endoscopy is the primary method to discover GIST, but final diagnosis depends on pathological examination： Total resection of the tumor is the most effective measure for the patients.
