在世界与中国经济都快速增长的大背景下,“十一五”期间,广西经济金融总体将趋好,经济运行的稳定性将增强,各项宏观经济指标将更趋稳健。未来几年加快对外开放步伐,自主融入区域合作;加快工业化、城镇化步伐;重视解决农村剩余劳动力转移问题,大力发展劳务经济;大力推进金融体制改革、金融体系建设和金融机制完善,加快金融创新步伐;加强执政能力建设和制度建设,提高决策管理水平是广西经济金融工作所需注意的问题及工作重点。

Under the background of rapid economic growth in China and the world, during the period of the Eleventh Five - year Plan, the economy and finance in Guangxi will tend to get well on the whole; the stability of economic move will be reinforced, and various indicators of macro economy will be more stable. For the focus of economic and financial work in Guangxi, attention should be paid to the following aspects： speeding uP opening to the outside world in the next few years, taking an active part in the regional cooperation; accelerating the pace of industrialization and urbanization; attaching importance to the issue of transferring surplus rural laborers, developing labor service economy ; boosting the reform and construction of financial system, improving financial mechanism and quickening financial innovation; strengthening the construction of system and governing capabihty; enhancing the level of decision-making and management.
