摘要
公共财政在建立和谐社会中具有不可推卸的责任,主要表现在:财政政策可以推动就业增长;通过调整财政支出,加大社会保障投入有利于化解社会矛盾;透明预算是打造“阳光政府”的起点;财政向社会提供充足的公共产品是和谐社会必不可少的条件之一。
Public finance has unshirkable responsibilities for establishing harmonious society, which mainly manifests in： public financial policies may drive the employment; improving social security will help to resolve social confliction; openness in budget is the basis of establishing ＂a sunlit government＂ ; and adequate public goods are necessary for a harmonious society.
