摘要
能源安全是重大的战略问题。中国经济的持续增长面临能源安全的重大挑战,依靠本土化和国际化战略,中国才能立足于自身和国际社会,以构建全方位、多层次的能源安全战略。
Energy security has become a significant strategic issue. Sustainable development of China＇s economy faces serious challenge of energy security. Only depending on localilzation and internationalization strategies can China construct overall and multiple energy security strategies based on itself and international society.
