摘要 The photoelectrochemical properties of the poly(thiophene) film on the ITO were investigated with photoelectrochemical methods.The band ga Pof the poly(thiophene) was 2.02 eV.The conduction band and valence band were determined to be-3.84 eV and-5.86 eV respectively.The maximal IPCE was 15%.
