摘要
A novel catalysis kinetics fluorimetry is established for indirectly detemining phthalate esters(PAES) in cosmetical samples.Based on the principle of catalysis kinetics the water products of phthalate esters,which oxidized by hydrogen peroxide can make intense fluorescence under the catalysis of cobalt .The sensitive determination has been finished by fluorescence produced.The linear range of phthalate esters(DEP) is 5.03×10-8mol/L-1.36×10-6mol/L with correlation coefficient R=0.9996 and detection limit of 2.57×10-9mol/L.The method can be applied to determine PAES in cosmetical samples with satisfactory results.
