摘要
The orthogonal design was employed to study the reaction conditions of chitosan condensing with n-butyl aldehrde.Applying the L9(34) table in the method of the orthogonal experiment,proposing an optimal experiment condition of pH,time,temperature and molar ratio of reactants in three different levels,the result showed that the best condition was pH:9,temperature:70℃,time:5h,and molar ratio of reactants:1∶6.Shiff base structure was determined by IR.
