摘要
本文对典型的化学测量过程进行了阐明,对有证参考物质的一般研制步骤进行了考察。从不确定度的角度论述了化学成分量值的溯源链及其连续性;有证参考物质在化学测量中的作用以及有证参考物质量值溯源性的实现。简述了目前对这些问题的认识程度及其发展现状。
The typical process of chemical measurement has been illustrated, and the general steps of the preparation of the CRMs have been reviewed in this paper. From the view of uncertainty the chain of traceability and its continuity of chemical ingredients, the function of the CRMs in chemical analysis and the realization of the traceability of the value of the CRMs are discussed. Their present state and perspectives are summarized.
