小电导钙激活钾通道分子结构及其电生理特性 被引量:4

摘要 近年来发现心肌细胞上存在小电导钙激活钾通道。小电导钙激活钾通道具有独特的分子结构、电生理学和药理学特性,在调节心肌细胞复极化方面起重要作用,为心律失常的治疗提供高度可能的靶位点。
