摘要
为了考察耐候防腐涂层在承受应力时性能的变化情况,采用DMA(动态力学分析)方法评价了几种耐候防腐涂料的动态力学性能,研究了贮存模量、消耗模量和tanδ三个动态参数和温度之间的关系。揭示了几种涂料体系的结构与组成对涂膜的力学性能和耐化学试剂性能的影响。分析结果表明:采用DMA方法可以分析比较耐候防腐涂料的不同性能特征:具有均一交联的涂膜的聚氨酯涂料和环氧涂料能提供较好的耐化学介质性,具有不均一交联涂膜的聚氨酯涂料具有较好的低温柔韧性。此项研究可为防腐涂料在车辆上的合理应用提供理论依据。
Several durable and anticorrosive coatings were evaluated using DMA in order to investingate the properties variation of these coatings during the stress. The relationship between modulus and temperature as well as tanδ -T were studied. DMA investigations revealed that structures and formation had a great influence on the mechanical properties and the chemical agent resistance of coatings. The results indicate that different characteristic properties can be compared to using DMA: the more uniformly cross-linked polyurethane coating and epoxy coating provide the best chemical agent resistance, the poor uniformly cross-linked polyurethane coating provides the best mechanical properties.
