摘要
为了解决铜及铜合金手工强酸清洗存在的问题,如工件变形和厚度一致性差、环境污染大、成本高及生产效率低等问题,研究了铜及铜合金的自动化清洗生产方式、处理流程和工艺配方。结果表明:采用自动化弱酸清洗工艺,工件质量和生产效率均得到明显提高,生产成本却大幅降低。
In order to solve the problems made by the manual strong acid cleaning, such as the deformation and thickness tolerance of part, pollution problem, expensive cost and low production efficiency. The production way, dealing procedure and technics method of the automatical cleaning technics about copper and copper alloy were researched . The result indicates that using the way of the automatical weak acid cleaning technics, parts'quality and production efficiency have improved a great deal, meanwhile, the production cost has reduced a lot.
