本文采用PDCA循环分析方法,对目前国内烟草包装设备中的主力产品——GDX2硬盒包装机在铝箔烟包包装过程中,存在的铝箔纸输送不到位的典型故障进行了深入分析,笔者结合自己的实践经验,从有器具和没有器具两个角度全面阐述了故障的排除方法。

With PDCA Circulation Analytical Method, this article makes a further analysis on the typical problems arising during the process of tin-foil packaging with the chief tobacco packaging machine at home-- GDX2, like the under-position of tin-foil. Combined with practicing experiences, in two aspects of wares and nonwares, the writer puts forward some solutions to these problems.
