摘要
日趋激烈的全球化竞争已使企业的生存环境不确定性进一步加大,对人才资源的争夺也步入了战略性阶段。在对战略人力资源管理基本理论和主要观点介绍基础上,探讨了纺织企业实施战略人力资源管理的必要性,提出纺织企业建立战略人力资源管理应注意的问题。
The global competition has becoming more intensely, and the living space for enterprise becoming more indetermination, so the battle for attracting talented human resources stepping into a strategic stage. This paper based on introduction the theory and main standpoint of Strategic Human Resource Management, discussing the necessity for Textile Manufacture to establish Strategic Human Resource Management, put forward textile manufacture must pay attention to four problems to establish the Strategic Human Resource Management.
