摘要
合成了新型络合物氯化2-乙酰基-6-(2-甲基苯亚胺基)乙基吡啶铁,探讨了它与甲基铝氧烷(MAO)共同组成的二元催化体系催化乙烯齐聚的性能。在60℃、2.0 MPa、n(Al)/n(Fe)=1500、主催化剂浓度为20μmol/l的条件下,催化剂活性高达2.03×107g/(mol.h),且丁烯-1选择性小于10%,己烯-1选择性大于20%,辛烯-1选择性大于18%。
The new complex Fe（6-[1-{（2-methyl）imino}ethyl]-2-acetylpyridine）Cl2 was prepared and evaluated as precatalyst in the oligomerization of ethylene, with methyl aluminoxane （MAO） as cocatalyst. The catalytic activity and selectivity of the system in ethylene oligomerization were studied under different reaction temperatures, n（Al）/n（Fe） and reaction pressures. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows; 20μmol/1 of catalyst, 60℃,2.0 MPa, n（Al）/n（Fe）=1500, The activity could reach up to 2.03 × 10^7g/（mol·h）. Selectivity of butene-1 was less than 10%, while selectivities of hexene-1 and octene-1 were more than 20% and 18%, respectively.
